Dental FYI consists of postcards, Rolodex cards, and referral slips. The postcard is a 5.5" x 8.5" card customized to your
practice. The Rolodex cards are also customized with your name, address, telephone, fax, e-mail and/or website address. The
referral slips also have your map printed on them.
